Hi, I’m Dr. Ken Miller

A psychologist and coach with more than 20 years of experience helping people create a life they love waking up to.

We all get stuck at some point in life. It may be in a relationship that’s no longer meeting our needs. It might be in an uninspiring job or career. Or we may feel stuck in old patterns of harsh self-criticism, high stress, and low self-esteem. 

Getting unstuck usually takes more than identifying options and making plans. It requires identifying the fear that’s holding us back from making real and lasting changes. And it takes a willingness to face our fear, move through it, and discover the freedom that lies on the other side.
